Quick Junk Transport LLC provides residential and commercial junk removal, furniture and appliance hauling, eviction and estate cleanouts, trash clearing, and dump trailer rental services in Orlando, Florida and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to decline or refuse removal of any item that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be hazardous, illegal, dangerous, or unfit for standard disposal and transport.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• Estimates provided online or over the phone are preliminary and based strictly on customer-provided descriptions and photos.
• Final binding prices are confirmed on-site upon inspecting the exact volume, weight, accessibility, and nature of the items to be loaded.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service on the same day unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. SMS & Phone Messaging Terms (TCPA & 10DLC Compliance)

5. Prohibited and Hazardous Materials

Customers represent and warrant that they possess legal ownership or proper authorization to dispose of all items designated for removal. We strictly do not transport hazardous materials, including but not limited to: toxic chemicals, biohazard waste, flammable liquids, asbestos, motor oil, industrial acids, explosives, or illegal substances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Florida and United States law, Quick Junk Transport LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from property damage, delays caused by adverse weather, road hazards, equipment issues, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
